As Conservator InTRUSTment Northwest has clearly defined responsibilities to:

• Manage real estate and personal property
• Manage all income and disbursements
• Invest liquid assets utilizing necessary resources, prudence, and diligence
• Track and recover assets that may have been misappropriated or exploited
• Facilitate the termination of the Conservator upon the death of the client
• Provide quarterly financial statements
